At time we may have long term casual work available.

The ideal person will be someone who is able to deliver excellence in customer service. The candidate must be absolutely honest, sincere and adhere to strict practice and clinical confidentiality at all times.

Some of the core duties will include:

  • Promoting a strong customer service culture to encourage return business through clinic promotion etc…
  • Making appointments for patients
  • Confirming patient appointments.
  • Processing of payments and billings.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and effective communications between all customers and staff.
  • General office and clinic duties.
  • Greeting patients and other clients at the Practice in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Answering the telephone promptly and professionally
  • Making appointments for patients
  • Dealing with referring doctors courteously and helpfully
  • Dealing with Medicare for claims queries and disputes etc…

To be successful your experience will need to include:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Processing payments using a billing system.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A strong team work focus.
  • Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision with genuine empathy and interest in their needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be always well-presented, friendly and courteous. Represent the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times.
